This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM analyst with a proven record of implementing and maintaining successful CRM projects to join our dynamic and innovative CRM Data Strategy team. Working across all SB&G products to deliver relevant, engaging and personalised communications to our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to shape and add value to marketing and communication plans.
Utilise our CRM tools (Unica and SQL developer) to build out accurate and measurable data selections for both our Marketing and Safer Gambling communications across a range of channels and products, delivered to required time, compliance and quality standards.
Driving home best practice, improving processes and creating capacity through increased automation of CRM activity
Reviewing campaign performance analysis, applying results to influence strategic plans and find opportunities to improve existing campaigns and devise further test plans.
Keeping abreast of developments across the business such as new tech, Data Science models or product features and planning how they can be ingested into CRM.

Have a strong understanding of CRM concepts and terminology.
Experience working within a B2C data driven marketing role.
Strong background in SQL and Database queries
Experience of CRM within an online or ecommerce environment.
Experience of CRM tools (Unica / SAS / Acoustic etc)
Knowledge and experience in A/B testing
Proven track record of turning data insight into actionable recommendations
Analytically minded with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills.
Outgoing and friendly, able to deal with a diverse range of personalities and opinions.
Commercially aware with the confidence to feedback your insight and ideas to senior company members
