Process Automation Analyst (Remote Working Available)
Horsham, West Sussex & Remote
This role will be working on a wide range of automation implementation activities primarily impacting Operations. This role is responsible for significantly contributing to the team providing the robotic automation service, currently using the Blue Prism toolkit. The role requires the individual to adapt to changing business priorities and will need to perform a variety of project related activities ranging from analysis to co-ordination to project management.
This role is available to those working remotely anywhere in the UK!
Key Activities
– Technical insight on platform functionality across multiple systems and operational processes to support business transformation projects
– Facilitate continuous advancement of the platform, including improvements to operational excellence and automation of processes through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Blue Prism
– Analyse and interpret complex data sets to produce appropriate artefacts for business requirements, risk assessment, testing, and training
– Responsible for the delivery of process automation activities
– Help define the framework that underpins the rapid and repeatable delivery of process automation and ongoing scheduling, monitoring and evolution of the automated processes to increase and improve the business benefit
– Identify and manage risks and dependencies effectively across internal departments and Blue Prism as necessary
Required Skills/Experience
– 5 GCSE’s including maths and English language
– 2 A Levels or equivalent
– Accurate with good attention to detail
– Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
– Ability to adapt to changing business priorities
– Ability to deal with emerging risks and issues
– Excellent communication skills both written and oral
– Confident user of Microsoft Office
Desirable Skills/Experience
– Financial Services industry experience
– Process automation development (currently working in Blue Prism)
– At least 3 years systems related business change experience
– Good software skills to manipulate and present information in PowerPoint and Excel
– Ability to draw process workflow diagrams using Visio

– Self-starter capable of managing own workload
– Analytically minded and interested in problem solving
– Able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
